Quinte Fishing

Launched from Finkle and headed to Wapoos for smallies. Found a school but were all around 2lbs but deep so didn't play much with them for fear of pulling them too deep and harming.

Headed to pack of boats towards Keith's Shoal. Within 5 min, caught and released a beauty 8lber flat lining, natural color reef runner. Figured it may be a great day then notta.

Saw a few nets going as we were leaving but had to head back.

What a great day out...

The fishing was so good........I thought I was here yesterday!

I was out in the kayak today, launched across from Keith's Shoal, marked a few but no takers, after 3 hours headed back , hard maintaining 1.6mph in a kayak for 3 hours...lol
