I've been asked to post this here as some of you use wellington. Please take a few minutes and complete the survey.

This is sad. This may be the beginning of a bad trend. What are they using tax dollars for? Trips south ???

Survey really has a focus on beach use and very limited questions on ramp use or improvement s

I suggested a boat launch be opened east of the town to offset traffic from boaters and fishermen away from the beach area.

I’d love a new facility and west would be good also. Closer to the bonnet :)

Dang, thanks Big Mac, i was standing upside down when i said east. Yes west is what i meant for the reason you said. Huycks point would be a sweet spot. I will redo the survey with a western boat launch suggestion. If others agree, write it in to the survey.

County has a lot on Huycks point, I don't know if you can launch there. There is a suitable spot east of Wellington that can be had for a few million, and there are some right of ways east of Wellington but probably not big enough to put in anything suitable.
