Fished the mouth of the Trent. 4-6:15. 3 hits, no hookups. Didn’t see anyone ice anything. Nasty evening, everything was wet.

Hope others are having better luck.

How was the ice holding up there on Monday. Did you fish out near the marker cans or more out from the boat launch. Was there on the long weekend 3nights with no luck. Fished out from the boat launch first night then closer to the markers the second and past the markers on the third. Thanks

The ice was alright Monday and Tuesday morning, about 10” where we were. Monday we were out from the boat launch in about 17 fow. Tuesday morning we tried going down toward the green can. Nothing but a couple light bites both times.

Switched it up yesterday evening to not get skunked and went for perch on Presqu’ile Bay. At least they were biting...

Ya we have hit the perching grounds a few times ourselves to keep spirits up haha.. thanks for the info going to head out tomorrow for an evening fish after work.
