March 4th 2021, I was ice fishing on the river and decided to go in around 7:30pm. After walking about 50 ft my ice sled got caught on a big chunk of ice and I fell forward onto my ice spud. I tried to stand up but came crashing back down to the ice. Knew I was screwed as I was the only one on the river. Crawled on my belly about a quarter km back to my dock and about 20mins later the wife came out and found me on the dock. She grabbed a tarp and I rolled onto it and she pulled me up to the house. 2 months later and the nerve healing process is excruciating ...Learning how to pee again standing up, isn't as easy as you'd think but I'm feeling pretty proud today. Be grateful for every step in life .

Keep up the therapy and you will be able to write your name in the snow by next winter.
