Quinte Fishing

First time out this year, launched at Deseronto. We each had a fish in the first 5 minutes, pair of 16 inchers. Added to it the rest of the morning. Ended up with 6 Walleye and 2 pike. The Walleye were all 16 -18 inches and the Pike were in the 24 range. Everything was caught on Uzick spinner rigs, color didn't matter as Dad was using orange and I had the chartreuse and we ended up tied.
Now for the kicker, we took off and I forgot to bring the stringer in from the back of the boat first. It let go and the entire stringer with 6 Walleye were gone! I felt so bad I told Dad I would take him out again tomorrow.

Nicely done....well, except for the ending. Funny...we had exactly the same luck as you later in the day ... Deseronto.
