Quite easy actually. Just go to the bottom of the reply or new topic page and CHOOSE the file from your computer. After you choose the file make sure you hit the other button that says ADD File. for pics and space try to keep your pic size to 600 pix on the largest size whether across the top or on the side. If you open your pics with a photo editor it will give you the pic size. PC's with Microsoft will do this in Paint which is already part of your PC. Apple has its own editor and some phones will require an additional app.
