Quinte Fishing

Started out at a local Con. Area and fished a while, a few fish caught but nothing to brag about. Fishing spot #2 fish caught a few but black flies and mosquitoes win, move to Con. spot 3. Fishing with a fly and the young man with his mother state "we caught a catfish". Me "I Did not know cats were in that water" at Con. water 3, while fishing the young boy kept firing questions at his mom about the fly fisher over there (me) The mom's answers were pretty well spot on and the young boy was amazed at the amount of fish caught (small) by that the guy(me) was catching, The young person seemed to be inspired and started to fish again, I PULLED MY LINE AND STOPPED fishing. Packed in my gear and left. As I was leaving the mom was watching her young man-fish so I left her a few flies and a few tips on how to fish them with a conventional spin system(mom thanked me) I sure hope he was able to get them to work for him. I would love to meet them again and hear how they made out.
