I would suspect with the lack of water, this launch will require backing your vehicle in quite a ways.

thanks I took a drive and checked it out yesterday. Water was muddy because of the wind but it appears to be deep enough off the end of the dock but that is well past where the cement pad ends so hopefully there isnt a big drop off at the end of the pad.

When I was there a few weeks ago, a drop off was starting from power loading.

Good luck.

Might be well-advised to have somebody along with additional vehicle... just in case?

cuthill is usuable but you must back in well past the cement pad to float the boat off the trailer. Drop off was fairly gradual so I didnt have any problems with my 16' deep V boat. Just take it slow.
