Gordo,
Here is a link for Quinte West city directory. I think it would be worth a call to the Economic and Tourism Dept.

Wait, so I do not understand, will camping be allowed actually?! Man, we could not go camping during the last year, and right now it is happening once again...I have been waiting for it so freaking much as the last time when I have gone camping was last year in february. That was actually one of our worst camping experiences. We have lost a lot of things in there, including all of our head lamps, and we could not see sh*t at night! That is why I just want to go camping as soon as possible, I am tired of staying at home.

This was posted back in March, a lot of things have changed since then. Perhaps a call to the link that Dan supplied might answer your question.
