Just moved not too far from Stoco Lake and Moira River wondering if anyone does any fishing in there or what one would be better to try and learn? Looking for bass, walleye, pike or anything like that

Beautiful bodies of water. Enjoy touring around and seeing the sights.

Welcome to the area. You have not said if fishing from shore or by boat. It would make a difference of how and where to fish. Stocco has walleye, bass and Muskie as well does the river. Trolling, jigging or surface fishing all works.

Regards

Thanks for the responses and I’ll be fishing by boat just got one not too long ago just a 14ft aluminum boat but gets me out on the water, haven’t tried trolling before have heard it’s good for walleye have tried for walleye a few times with Erie Dearies but never had any luck and usually use square bill crankbaits for bass usually have good luck with them
