Hey hey!

I've done a lot of bass/pike fishing for years and thought I'd try my hand at fishing for carp. I bought a couple rods and got set up and tried a couple different spots at Kingston Mills but no luck, although I have seen them swimming there in the past, so I did a little research. It looks like Elevator Bay by Dupont is a good place to try and out by the Lennox Generating Station seems to have some people saying that there are some there.

Any advice or specifics on where I should go to catch my first carp?

If I may suggest, check out Limestone Angler. He's an avid carp fisher and has some great youtube videos on setup and baits.

Good luck.
