Water sure was calm for the longest while today. Made it easy to search for pike busting perch schools. Managed a few with the longest being 30". Walleye were tougher and more tight lipped. Bottom bounced with spinner rig with no success. When the wind picked up managed a few by casting stick baits to wind blown shorelines with the longest being 23.5". Also managed a few OOS bass that were quickly put back into the drink. I swear one would have hit the 6 lb mark easy. Good luck on the bass opener. Mitch
