Quinte Fishing

Gentleman, looking for some help with a Soldier On event. I want to take 10-12 Injured Military Veterans out on the ice this winter. Looking for volunteers that can take a Vet out in a hut/hub and supply them with gear related to whatever species we decide to target, heater should be included. Walleye would be the primary and maybe move to perch set up later if nothing is biting. All vets will be able to walk out as well but if there are any sleds or quads around that would be great. Thinking a Saturday around the end of Jan, early Feb timeframe as the ice should be safe for a big group. Sherman's/ Church would make easy access If interested please send me a message or post below with Name, size of hut and if you are available for those timeframes. Plan is to put 1 vet with each volunteer, I hosted a summer fishing event a few years ago from our forum and it went well and all vets had a great experience with 1 gentleman fishing for the first time and landed a 17 lb sheep. Made his week he said.. Thanks again and hopefully we can make this happen for a few deserving veterans..
