Hey folks, so a buddy of mine and i did a little scouting mission, as we are in a tourney next weekend. What we found;
Deseronto launch temp was 44
Sherman's was 50
Cement plant was 50
Adolph reach 56

Marked alot of suspended fish in shallow at Shermans, lost one, very little action.
Marked walleye between 20-60' at Keiths, no takers.

Temps are a bit lower then this time last year, but still a tad warm, i don think the migration has really begun yet as we only marked bait in couple spots.

Overnight temps this week arent crazy cold, but i hope the water temps can atleast get into the 40's.......cheers boys!

I was out the same days, stuck in between Sherman's and Thompson point for the most part. Managed 2 on Friday 22 inches and 23 respectively. Went into hay bay a little marked huge schools of baitfish on Saturday. Only one lamb Saturday.

Thanks for the reports. It sounds like it's a little slow still but some colder weather is on the way. There should be some more action soon. I sure appreciate hearing about the water temperatures in various places and I'm looking forward to some Quinte pickerel fishing later this month.

Cheers
