Just a heads up. Saw a gentleman at the ramp today with a flat tire on his trailer. He said he went off the edge( I believe he meant the side edge. It was a small trailer)and ripped open the tire.

Thanks for the heads up. How big was the trailer? I've launched there from a17ft and I know a few ranger 621s have launched there as well without issue.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I believe he meant he went off the side of the grate on the ramp. It was a small trailer.

I’m the one that got that flat.
The boat is 16’ on an EZloader trailer.
Launching by myself, I was backing in on an angle to bring my boat as close to the dock as possible.
That’s when my wheel rolled off the side edge of the ramp grid. I didn’t realize there was a 3 foot space between the ramp and the dock. So I pulled out right away. Another thing I didn’t know is that although the side of the ramp is flush for the most part, there is a 1 foot jagged edge section about 2 feet in the water. It ripped my tire open when I was pulling out.
Otherwise I think the ramp is good. Back in and pull out straight, you shouldn’t have that problem.
