Good morning and happy new year all. Just wondering if there is fishable ice on the bay anywhere now? Starting to see posts of people catching through the ice on various social media. Any information would be appreciated! Can dm me if you don’t want to share publicly. Tight lines and everyone have a safe and fun ice fishing season.
Thanks, Dan.

Check the posts below, in BOQ Ice reports, I know I have seen flip up huts in deseronto, potters, petes point. Just be safe out there. Have your spud , picks and a survival suit.

Ok thanks muskyhunter. Was my first time on the page for a month or so and when I went on this morning the newest post was from November. Thought that was a little strange and thought the forum died. I see the new posts now so I will check them out.

Was out by Petes last night and ice was 4.5". Didn't get right out in the channel but with the cold last night alot of areas will be fishable and of course take all the usual safety precautions and never trust your safety on an internet ice report

Thanks Dan. I’m hoping to maybe come up next weekend sometime. Looking at the 7 day forecast ice thickness should be improving by then.

I'm hoping to drill a few holes out Dufferin or Aikens this weekend don't trust the mouth yet but have been walking around on a few other spots...was making a lot of noise last night at Dufferin
