Do small and big mix?

I've been catching lots of smaller dink walleye in the bay...do the smaller dinks mix in with the bigger fish...or is this an indicator to move along to find the bigger fish?

Time to move on. I believe the walleye tend to hang out in year class.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

I would say generally time to move on if you are catching small fish and looking for hawgs but this year has been different. Up until the fishing slowed we were getting mixed results with 2lbers mixed in with 5-8lbers

Thanks for the input guys. I was catching some nice sized eaters earlier in the season, no hangs, but they have just been getting smaller and smaller. Time to try something different!
