Just want to give a big shout out to Superdad. Last week I had made plans with a friend who had never caught a walleye to go fish for some out of Deseronto. I have never fished that far east before so I contacted him for some guidance about the area. He gave me some good advise that I would not have to travel very far to get into some fish. He was bang on with his advise. He said go to Foresters Island and head towards the red barn. We got out there around 7 am Sunday morning and as I started to troll I noticed some others in a bit of a different direction so I headed that way but kept my distance. Within an hour or so we had landed 6 nice walleye. No record breakers but good table food size. We then made a run to the red barn. We then turned and went with the wind heading towards the the launch. My friend managed to pick up another nice 1.5lb eye before the wind picked up. Total for the day was 7 all were pick up on either an orange or green 3 oz bottom bouncer with an orange and black fire tiger harness. Tones of little perch and two keeper perch. Thanks for helping me get my friend his first few walleye Superdad. Have a great day.
