Plan B bring out the boat How is the ferry launch?

Hi Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Hi all I was wondering how the boat launch at the ferry is?
Pryners is another launch I am interested in going to.

I think Picton all the way up to hay bay is frozen but long reach is all open

Any info is much appreciated

Picton was slammed by that blizzard. I dont know if the pryners cove launch would be accessible.

Launched at finkles which is fine , took my sons lake trout fishing we had a blast!

Landed 13 lakers plus a bonus 31 inch walleye on a spoon that was on the Lake Ontario side of the gap.

We had a few doubleheader and lost quite a few fish a well

My boys find walleye fishing boring so only go for trout

He went from a walleye PB of 3.5 pounds from pigeon lake to a quinte cow of 10.5 pounds

All fish released but a small lake trout
