I know it is late. BUT I just checked Pro Tackle web site. They don’t open until 9am.
Is there anywhere around that I can get them before 9.

Yes, at Bay Of Quinte Bait & Tackle in Herchimer Ave, there's a fridge outside self serve minnows with money drop in the box.
