We dropped lines and started trolling a little after 8:30am Sunday morning.

Wasn't long before the grey RCMP/Border Services high speed interceptor boat zoomed in on us.

They did a polite circle and wave around us, likely recognizing it would be a bit of an undertaking for us to pull in 6 lines, including boards, for us to come to a stop, to have a close up chat.

But, for the next 6 hours, we saw them pursue just about every other boat, big or small.

It's a reminder to have all your gear, permits, registrations, insurance, etc., not too mention no alcohol, because they can arrive quickly on scene anywhere. Good luck
