I was out last week looking for walleye. Trolled the weeds near Mallory Bay. We managed 2. The winds forced us out. We hit the reach and marked a ton of fish between 15-25 ft in 30-35 ft of water. Tons of baitfish as well. No takers... Are the shad in or just lock jaw. This is the second time with similar conditions and results... Good luck...

Similar experience for us around Shermans and Long Reach, hundreds of marks on the screen but couldn't get them to bite during the day. They've got to eat sometime though, so my next move is to try them in the evening. The fish are there.

Might have some luck trolling cranks over deep water in picton bay. We had some luck out there, nothing shallow.

Was out Friday night and hit a bunch of spots around Picton Bay, the cement plant, Trumpour Pt, Glen Island and then trolled the shore back towards Mcfarland boat launch.

Ton's of marks and had shad literally boiling out of the water near the cement plant.

Caught some of the biggest silver bass I've ever seen but no Walleye even with a pile of marks on the finder.

Tried trolling Eeries and cranks, casting cranks and swim jigs in a bunch of different colours but nothing.

We fished from about 6pm - 930pm
