If you have been out fishing around Timber Island you will have seen an abandon sailboat on its shore. A one point there was a guy living in it on the island and the OPP and Coast Guard attended a few times trying to convince the guy to accept help but he wasn't having it. I don't know what became of him but Fisheries and Oceans are now going to remove the vessel and have posted notices. See below.

For a minute reading the title I thought they were going to sink it in some deeper water off Timber Island and got excited for the possibility of some new fishing structure.
Hopes dashed haha.

Looks like the same boat who parked at Kingston mills last winter. He eventually ended up under the 401 bridge then I seen he was gone early spring. There was him and a red one there most of last winter.
