The suckers appear to be on the move. Small amounts began appearing today in some of the warmer tributaries to the BOQ.

My understanding accoring to a person that lives in your area is that there is a bylaw from the early 1960's (has limits and stuff as directdd by native band council) that was very inclusive to native people. Is this still active?
