Quinte Fishing

Hello friends! Planning a trip to the quinte area next week, with some buddies and we are all from out of town. Is there fishable ice on hay bay and is it worth fishing there? We plan on camping out on the ice.
We promise we wont poop everywhere and leave garbage out lol.

Should be safe ice as long as no mild weather next week. I have never fished hay bay during ice season but don’t see too many people fishing it. I’m sure there are some roamers but mostly pike and perch I would think? It’s mostly shallow at the back end so need to be somewhat stealthy I would think to get any eyes but again that’s just my opinion. Good luck to your group.
