Muskie?? As far as anyone here knows or cares there are only pickerel in the Quinte. Good for you, this is one of the best spots in Ontario for most game fish. Muskie are an incidental catch in these waters. Stoco is a good place to catchem. The Quinte has some, but everyone fishes for what is the #1 in the Quinte waters, walleye. There is enough people towing crank baits around to catchem if they'er there. Hay bay go deep into the bay in the fall. Around Glenora "Glen isl." "Napanee R." "Moscote Bay".
Pike spawn a few weeks earlier than muskie and in the same spots. The young pike eat a lot of the little muskie. Tiger muskie are a cross-breed of pike and muskie and are sterile like splake trout. Me, I fall in line with the rest, walleye or bust. If you get any, post the picture love to see it.
