fished 730 am to 6pm. Tried east of ferry to start and managed one fish within the first half hour. Then I just couldn't find the fish on the finder. Went further east and spent the rest of the day between Adolphustown Park and the Gap. There were fish everywhere from 20 to 60 ft. I managed another 8 with three lost. The walleye were very active and smashing the baits, certainly not soft takes. I was fishing Mann's strech 20's, husky jerks and tail dancers. Pick you colour but the purple hues were hot. I used in-line planers with lures back 150ft.Fish were from 24" to 29". A bonus 15 lb drum to add extra excitement to a great day.
