I'm familiar with Picton Bay but new to Fall fishing. Myself, my son and a good friend are planning to spend the Nov.4th weekend 'looking for lunkers' out of Picton.
I am led to understand that trolling on the Eastern shoreline between the ferry and the 'public boat launch' on the Glenora road may be a good place to try. Also perhaps off the rocky structure at the point of Glen Island.
If anyone more experienced would like to provide any advice on the best locations (within 5 - 7 miles of Picton Harbour) , it would be greatly appreciated.
We will be happy to share the results of our upcoming weekend with all!

Sounds like a plan, the east shore can get windblown real fast, while the island location might be out of the wind.
