I have it on good authority that there's derby takin place out there this weekend and it's being run by SquareTail (charter captian from Port Credit) and there's already 130 guys signed up.

Can anyone confirm this ?

Any info would be great.

Thanks,
Gman

I"ll call JB's fishing deport later this morning to see if I can get a confirmation.

I'll report back here.
If that's the case I won't be heading that way this weekend that's for sure :( Too many boats for my liking.

Cheers,
Gman

It's been confirmed.

It's being run by JB's and the captain of SquareTail.

The enitre Tip of the Bay Motel has been reserved by the participants (so I was just told). It's a 2 day tourney with approx 2-3 people per boat and they've got about 30-35 boats registered already. Entrance fee is $120 for the two days.

Should you want to participate call JB's Fishing Depot.

Good luck to anyone who's participating. I'm going elsewhere - too many boats for me.

Cheers,
Gman
