Dr. Death lures? Mann Lures? Smickwick Rogues? Rapala Taildancers? They all seem to work at one point or another. I would add to this list for this time of year - Reef Runners -purple hue. Just another possible weapon in your arsenal. I like running them 20 feet down behind a planer board. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't but they are worth a try. I don't know what it is about that purple hue -maybe it stands out better at 20 feet down but it sometimes does the trick. And remember if you get a dance with Godzilla, take a picture of her and let her go. Practice safe catch and release so someone else can dance with her as well.

I AGREE WITH REPLICA REEFRUNNER BAITS TAKE A LOT OF QUALITY FISH THE 800 SERIES ESPECIALLY YOU WILL FIND THEY WORK ESPECIALLY WELL WHEN WATER TEMP IS AROUND 43 TO 46 DEGREES THERE TAIL ACTION IS A LITTLE QUICK FOR TEMPS BELOW 40 DEGREES BUT THEY STILL PRODUCE SOME FISH AND THE ONES THEY PRODUCE COULD BE THE GIANT WERE ALL LOOKING FOR

They are a great bait. It doesnt take much adjustment to tune them, infact I often over tune them and have to bend the eye back the other way. They are a pain :x :x
