Was out on saturday looking for some good ice.
Hay bay through to the sherman's point boat ramp is accesible by foot. 5" good ice, 2/3" of white porous ice. 3 groups were out (including my buddy and I). ONLY ACCESIBLE BY FOOT. NO GOOD FOR ANY OTHER MODE OF TRANSPORT.

Fish were biting for some more then others. We only iced one small eater and some monster perch.

guys beside us (30 ft awaY), nice folks, landed some nice walleye 5-8 lb range. I'd say 7 of them at least.

shermans pt past Huffs road into the Napanee river is unsafe. Open water down the middle.

Be back for the last weekend in Feb.
Cheers

Think we're gonna wait a bit before we hit the ice.

Awfully tempted to ask Laker if his boat can make it out and hit the open water.

Thanks for giving us the news about Hay Bay and the Reach.
