Quinte Fishing

Can someone tell me what the slot limit is now on the Bay. I have heard so many different things. I just want to be 100% certain that I throw back what I should and don't keep anything that I shouldn't !

p.s. Anyone know of safe ice in the region at all with all this warm weather ? I REALLY want to fish for something other than perch on Simcoe ! Point Anne still good to go ? What about Carrying Place ? (Fishfinder Charters is out of there .... correct ?)
