I am planning a trip to QUINTE to do some fishing, can someone please advise the last day for ice fishing in the bay.

yep you got it.Last day of feb. is the closing for the bay of quinte,I believe north like madoc closes 1 weeks later,but i'm sure somebody will correct if it's not right.With the poor weather conditions and me not building up enough courage to treed thin ice it has been a slim year.

Herchimer dock is safe and we've pulled up these 3 in the last few days!

Few are mine and the bigger ones were caught by my brothers!
Herchimer area is hot and the ice is thick in most spots! 6-8 inches but still use caution!!

Okay, I've got to ask.

Where's this dock? I used to live in Belleville a long time ago and have pretty much forgotten any streets. :?
