Quinte Fishing

The National Transportation Safety Board recently divulged they had covertly funded a project with the Canadian auto makers for the past
five years, whereby the auto makers were installing black box voice recorders in four-wheel drive pickup trucks and SUV's in an effort to
determine, in fatal accidents, the circumstances in the last 15 seconds before the crash.

They were surprised to find that in most of the towns the recorded last words of drivers in 61.2 percent of fatal crashes were, "Oh,*** ! "

Only in Prince Edward County were they different, where 89.3 percent of the final words were: "Hold my beer, I'm gonna try somethin."

Thats funny but only because you dont know just how much truth to that there is. I have a number of county friends and the stories I hear from them makes me want to stay off the road over there anytime after 5pm.

LOL. I know quite well. It was our favourite passtime growing up. Fortunately I did grow up.......and survived to grow up. I've got a pile of stories too but I'm afraid my kids would get wind of them.
