If you're fishing on a lake, be sure to always watch the skies.

That reminds me of the time when we were at a buddies cottage north of Napanee a few years back. We were there for the weekend and there were two pilots who fly jets at CFB Trenton. They had to leave early and they told us they had to do flight training on the Sunday so be prepared at about noon they were gonna fly by us. There were a few other boats on the water at noon when they flew by, it was so quiet and then the sudden whooosh of the jets flying over very low and fast! Another boat who wasn't with us came over to us after and said they thought we were under attack! It would scare the dickens out of you if you weren't expecting it, it still scared me when I was! We told them the story and we all had a good laugh. It sure was neat.
