Couldn't have been happier with the friends made and hospitality received especially from Ron and his crew at Skevy's. He has earned my business for as long as I visit Quinte country. He put us on fish when we just couldn't find them and made the trip 5 times more enjoyable than it would have been without. Once again, the Quinte fishery proved it is truly the star of the show! There is truly no better trophy walleye fishery in the world as far as I am concerned, fish after fish 7#, 8#, 9#, 10#, 11# in just sheer numbers that are unfathomable to a normal walleye guy. We look forward to patronizing Skevy's and enjoying the fishery that you have for years to come and I look forward to reintroducing myself to all the folks we met over the last 5 days and also several of the sow walleyes released back into the waters of the Bay of Quinte.

yeah, he's a good guy, caters to us fly fishers quite well I might add !! since he's also one as well. I know you haven't seen me in a while, I'll be at your shop when I start tying again, and fishing again too, gotta dust off my rods soon for when trout opens. getting cabin fever really bad here.

Congratulations on the catch. Even greater congratulations on the release of these large fish. Hopefully the catch and release mentality will spread like wildfire across this website as it benefits all of us (and our children) in the end. Replica :D

I myself found Skevy's the place to be. Bought all my hardwater fishing gear there and picked up some sound advice too. He's got a couple characters in there that are quite helpful and willing to let you know where the fish are too. Gary
