I am not in Napanee for a few weeks, but note that gas is $1.08 in Hope and $1.12 or more in Vancouver. Sad but true.

for future reference try www.ontariogasprices.com/ it lists the cheapest prices in the province and allows you to search by town or city. You can also link to all of Canada and USA from this site.
