Quinte Fishing

Hi,

On page 26 of Ontario 2002 Rules and Regs for division 8 Map B it states muskie season ends Dec. 15.

Is this true?

I checked the regs and they are as follows:

Div 2 - Jun 15 to Nov 30
Div 6 - Jun 1 to Nov 15
Div 7 - Jun 1 to Dec 15
Div 8 - Jun 15 to Nov 30 (Bay of Quinte)
Div 9 - Jun 15 to Nov 30

The season here is open until the middle of Dec. as long as it dosn't freeze up first.

If you see a path broke up around the lake it was just me.

At that time of the year i add a few more things to the boat.

1/ Snow Shovel
2/ Sledge hammer (to brake ice)
3/ a dozen pairs of Gloves

Dont forget get the Bag of dirt for some of those ramps when they freeze up.
