Shawn fished the Cabelas Master Walleye Circuit tournament on Lake Ontario at Henderson Harbour last weekend and placed 2nd. Way to go Shawn :D :D :D He was the only Canadian fishing the event and won $4824.00 Here's a link to the write up http://www.walleyecentral.com/articles/?a=1316
I understand Shawn is fishing the Quinte Fishing Series tournament on Sunday. Wonder if he's going to make the long run :P

BTW Shawn is the only Canadian fishing all the Eastern Division MWC events this season.
Well done Shawn - was a very tough and rough weekend, I am sure those 8ft waves out of Henderson gave you quite the ride.

Glad to have Shawn aboard to perhaps offer tips and suggestions to the board members, who will all benefit.

Congrats on the Henderson Harbour placing.

I'm fortunate to have Shawn as my MWC partner. It was indeed a tough tournament. The fishing was tough and the big waves made it even tougher. His Princecraft handled the big water with no problem and I never once was worried.

Peter,
Hey it is great to have you on QUINTEFISHING.COM. Glad to see your prefishing paid off, mind you the weather made a real change. I love the MWC because it is a true pro team event.

Congratulations to you also for a great finish, and yes those Princecraft Super Pro 198 SE Tournament boats are great in the rough water.

-Sheldon

Hey Dan thanks for the congrats, too bad I didn't fair so well this past weekend :D

Like Sheldon I decided to try and get the lake fish to go.....wasn't a great decision. The water was cold, it was quite amazing when you rounded the corner at the Gap, the cold air coming off the water was like hitting a wall.

It is always tough fishing against local talent that has had time to pre-fish, they put together solid weed programs and that is just too Bass for me.

At Henderson lots of fish were coming in the 20 foot range with emergent weeds. The water was about 58 degrees and we got all of our fish 80 back with the boards really wide of the boat. The water accross the lake is much cleaner than Quinte so the fish spook easy.

If anyone has Questions just fire away......and for those who may be interested in my boat it is for sale
