Was able to to get to Hay Bay with Laker John on the 14th for the evening fish.

Headed out to Old Church weeds at 1600, and hit a 14 incher on a Charetruese Uzick. Five or six boats trolling back and forth with little success as we could see. There was a LOT of poplar pollen on the water and was getting caught on the line, a bit of a bother and it creates a colour flash ahead of your lure.

Thought the battery was low, so headed on a short run to the west shore for trolling for susupended fish.

LOTS OF BAITFISH - huge schools BUT lots of big fish feeding,

Trolled around the west shore and over towards Shermans and the reel screamed - Fish on yells John, I grab the rod and whoa big pull at the end.

Landed a nice 25.5 incher, scaled in at 6 lbs.

The bait of choice was the Taildancer TD09 Hot Chub again. IT's a killer.........

Fooled around with the GPS to see if we could receate the path (gonna take some more learning and reading the manual).

Back to the dock at 2045.

A good evenings fish.

Stay Tuned.

SuperDad...doesnt your GPS display your track on the screen? Easiest way to recreate is to have tracking turned on, then you can see where you have been and go back over it.

Hey Super, what kind of GPS do you have.I started with a Garmin 12 about 5 years ago,I upgraded to a Magellan Meridian Gold with MapSend.I found I lost alot fishing time at first, but man now I wouldn't fish without it.Like dllm413 says turn on your track it should leave a line on the screen.I've had my screen look like a highway when we find the EYES!!You can also use waypoints so you can hit the spot again at another time.I love the toy.But Superdad, you need a GPS? I know if I got down your way more I'd be right behind you  YOU THE MAN when it comes to the EYES.
