I've just heard through another site that were getting a another outdoors shop to Belleville...... Carra Outdoors, pretty sure it's going to be located on Adam Street in the new building built beside Sunoco!!! I have had a chance to see his supplies and he also sells online...... Another great shop coming to Belleville!!!!!! Exciting! A little bit of competition for the area would be good, might bring some of thoses prices down!!!!!

hehe, yeah, but I don't know, kind of hard to beat Ron's prices, unless you're walmart or canadian tire, and even then they have nothing I want at those big box stores.

Box store good prices my foot.

I bought some polorized shades at bass pro and some plastics cause i was going to make an honest effort to catch some bass instead of doing the same ole walleye thing. stopped at skevvy's coming thru bellville and the same glasses were 3 bucks cheaper and the senko plastis where 2 bucks cheaper per bag of 10.

Ron's got nothing to worry about.

You guys got it made in Belleville. In Kingston, we are basically down to Canadain Tire and Wallmart for hunting and fishing supplies, and no place to purchase guns or live bait.

yeah, quinte outdoors is quite expensive, they don't seem to care to much about fly fishers either, that section is shrinking, lots of useless stuff that looks like they are just trying to get rid of it. Not much customer support either, ask about something they sell and they just say, "uh..... I don't know......" more of a hunting store anyways.
Skevies is 100% fishing !!! that's a store you want to spend your money at.

Bowhunter....couldn't agree more.

Trying to get minnows or anything other than worms around here is hell. Driving at least an hour sure takes a lot of fishing time out and I won't even start about the gas consumption. :x

Cheers
