Started out later than we'd have liked (due to the fact that a certain member of our party requires slightly more beauty sleep than the rest of us, such is the curse of being large and ugly). Got in the water around 7:00am, launched from Picton Harbour. First fish was on within 20 minutes on the trusty silver/blue monster Wally Diver (7-12), second fish came about 40 minutes later on a monster Chartreuse Wally Diver. Both fish were had in the 15-18ft level. And......that was it. Seems that as soon as those clouds moved in from the South-Southwest, fishing died.
Odd, seeing as that in my experience, the crappier the weather, the more abundant the fish. That was it, 7hrs trolling, 2 fish. It does, however, beat a kick in the cojones with a frozen boot.

Oh, by the way, neither of the fish was mine. I am the skunk brother. Congrats to Wayne-O-Mac (7-12) and DeProp (10-6). Being the skunk brother isn't bad, especially when you have company (Snarf).
