Was out to fish Wed Am with my Dad at 0815, headed to Thompsons Cove, started trolling in front of the silos and withing three minutes, Bert (my Dad) landed a nice 17" walleye. What a start!!!!

Trolled in 25-28' and marked a lot of fish suspended.

Eventually, followed the crowd into the shallower water, fished the 10-12' depths.

Fished til 1215, landed six walleye, a SM Bass and a LM bass.

Good morning for us, other boats had their nets in the water, either casting or trolling.

We got our this morning on the Orange Uzick spinner.

Stay Tuned

Thanks for the report Superdad.

Coming up to Hay Bay this weekend with a few friends. Fished the bay a few time, so not to familiar with the locations you mentioned in your last few reports. Where exactly is Thompson's Cove and Mallory Bay relative to Sherman's point? Thanks Superdad.
