Where is everyone?

Not many posts on what is happening on the Bay for the last couple of weeks. What is going on? Fishing so good no one wants to say anything or have they shut down. Headed to Perfect Vue on the 8th for three days. Dont feed the fish anything for the next couple of weeks so they will be hungry when I get there.

The fishing is SO good no one has the time to type and input to let everyone know the bites' still on.

Darin, you guys should hit it right this year.

fishing has been pretty decent in the rivers for me, not good at all in the bay, but being a shore fisher in the bay it's a real gamble every time I'm out there. I primarily post on another board about fly fishing, but do enjoy coming to this forum, it has been VERY quiet here though.

Where can I find that fly fishing board you are talking about? I am in the river a couple times a week and would like to hear how others are making out.

smallmouth fishing sucks in the moira this year for me and im thinking its being outfished. caught one nice largemouth this year and some small mouth. can't seem to catch any gar pike no matter what i throw at them. caught a sheephead rececntly in the river recently but compared to last year and the few years before that i fished small mouth downtown belleville its alot worse this year.

I'll second that, smallies really suck this year in the moira. last year I would get at least 20 or more 3lbs and a few 4lbs in a about 6 hours. this year, I think my biggest was 5" ??? been catching more largemouth in there but nothing over 12". although I caught my first bowfin, a big nasty 24" male, what a mean looking fish!!! :twisted:

www.talkflyfishing.com not many from our area however.

so far this year has been great for gar for me, the trailor hooks are making a world of difference.
