I have a couple of friends headed to Picton this week. Does anyone have some suggestions to stay. They are not looking to spend $100/nite.
Last year we stayed a Picton harbour for about $70/nite.

Thanks in advance,
Bob

If you decide to change spots, on the North Shore of Hay Bay, Barb and Jack Weese run a B & B and sometimes dinner arrangement. Docking too. Don't know about prices or availableity. They have several repeat customers. 1-613-354-2645
Good luck.

Park somewhere secluded and sleep in your vehicles. You will save hotel charges and can grab some breakfast in a store or a nearby restaurant. I have a phobia about sleeping in hotel beds. They say that they change the sheets but I doubt it. I saw a news show one time where they black lighted the most expensive hotel room in Toronto and found urine, fecal matter and semen all over the walls, curtians, bedding etc., etc. So you could just imagine what a $70 room in Picton would be like! 8O

Oh man, you didn't have to state the obvious did ya? What we don't see won't hurt us right......of course we can only imagine just what goes in a typical hotel room. Play it safe and take the sleeping bag!! Can't wait for the big eyes to move in down there. Bring on the big gurls....
