onshore at night

just wondering are there alot of spots to fish onshore for pics? I'm sure that by this time of year the fishing must be pretty good at night onshore.
Someone mentioned bay bridge in Belleville can you fish there? Also the Moira are there steelhead and pics in it? Info would be helpful thank-you.

A few spots to try are
1) Picton harbor docks
2) Myers Pier Belleville
3) Very end of the rock causeway under the bay bridge on the belleville side of the bridge
