Can anyone or does anyone know for sure (100%) tell me if the shooting of cormorants is now leagle for all who have a licence to hunt. Just heard about it tonight. Someone told me that it was announced on the news today.

cormorants can not be hunted. I am 100 % sure of this. Yesterday, someone was on the radio stating they wanted to propose a bill to allow year round hunting of them. It is not legal yet and I have heard of a few people in the GTA shooting them, getting caught and recieving a big fine.
