I am in the same boat, the Picton Harbour Inn is full for the weekend, so is the Sportsman's Motel. We will likely head to Belleville to track down a bed, seems like a lot of places there.

Stayed at Isiaih Tubbs Resort on West Lake (only 20 minutes from Picton launch) and they do have some conventional hotel rooms for just under $100 a night.
