Was over to the Kingston Airport this morning and had a chance to see how the Big Lake was acting.

Yesterday, Friday, it was white cap scene and looked very rough.

Today, Saturday, the east end of the lake at the Melville Shoal was a gentle giant, just a nice walleye chop with no big waves.

Thinking about the boats east of the ferry and I'll bet there's a bunch out there today.

Lotsa luck Guys

Yes you got that right Dave there was alot of boat traffic Saturday .At least 50 to 60 boats. Two guys were escorted back to Merlands by the police for No PFD's on board. Not having a suit is dangerous but no floatation device that is really dumb .We also saw a brave soul with his wife in canoe and electric motor trying for eyes.I did ok as you can see from my post .we were looking for your boat but I guess you avoided the boat traffic .Well see you next year.Mike Hamilton
