Has anybody heard that fishing with live frogs and craw dads will result in $$$fines$$$

Not true! Yes, there is a ban on commercial harvest of both crayfish and frogs, but as I understand it, an individual can still go out and pick a few to use as bait. As usual, common sense rules apply. With the rusty crayfish out there, avoid releasing any of your bait from one body of water in another. Mind you, I can see the day when certain kinds of live bait might be banned altogether because of problems with invasive species, like the rusty crayfish.
